The application is not compatible with the ios system. The application does not work in the background and it must be closed and then opened again .. I expect you to update it

My complaint is that if we can control the door from our phone at any time and view the video history

Please update as I am unable to login and unlock the door when someone call
Can't watch the camera before receiving a call
When I receive call notification and open the app from the notification it force closes. And if I return to the app I cant watch the camera neither open the door before I receive another call. So the app is doing nothing for me.
Also we cant see the video saved from recent callers.
