App crashes several times per use w/404 error
The app makes me sign in, doesn’t register my sign in, has me sign in again, finally lets me in to my account. While browsing the menu, every few pages is a 404 error, then it signs me out, clears my cart, and I have to do it all over again. Often, the app closes itself. I’ve given up several times, which is resulting in lost sales for this store due to the buggy app

good app. all the 1 star reviews are braindead
The data harvesting and lack of privacy is bad
Requiring email and text validation for sign up as if this is a bank account - the triple verification- data harvesting, no privacy; makes me dislike and distrust the company….
Good for rewards
Easy to redeem, shopping still through I❤️Jane so need to log into that after logging into app. I use keychain and biometrics it was fast n clean.
Unable to use
I can’t review the app much since i can’t actually create/link my account. When i login it requires a signature but every time i fill it out the app doesn’t recognize i put anything in and won’t let me continue.
I’ve closed and reopened as well as uninstalled and reinstalled the app no changes in the behavior.
I hope to use the app and leave a better review soon!
