It functions but could be so much better/faster
I truly wish the programmers of bank apps would consider the end user and try to make the task of depositing checks easier with far less clicks. Here’s my wish list: 1. Don’t hide Deposit Checks under the hamburger menu. It should be prominently available from the first screen! 2. Allow the end user to choose the default account where all checks will get deposited so that field will be auto entered and not need entering EVERY SINGLE TIME. This gets extremely tedious for business users who may have multiple checks to deposit. 3. Once the front of the check’s photo has been taken, AUTOMATICALLY open the window so they can quickly take the phot of the back side of the check. 4. Once successfully deposited, give the user the immediate ability to deposit the next check. It takes way too long to wait for that check to show up on the screen. Allow the user to get done with ALL of their check deposits before you force them to wait to see them all show up in a list. Once they get the Success pop up, they want to continue to work on the task at hand which is depositing more checks.
