App & Website is really bad
The Bank itself is fine but their website and app for payment are the worst I’ve ever seen.

Tom Nyugen and Nathan Harper helped me with a transaction recently. I have nothing but the highest praise to their attention to detail, expedience, and professionalism.
Efficient
The app allows me to do everything much more efficiently. This helps extremely when I don’t have access to a computer. In addition, the banks service is also uber helpful and enthusiastic to help.

I can’t even describe the litany of issues I’ve had trying to just make a payment.
