Sometimes OnLine banking is so difficult but this is quick and easy to use and dependable if I’m in a rush!
Very, very difficult
It’s clunky, Face ID rarely works, impossible to reset a password without actually having to call into the bank. Far and away the worst banking app. I have two others and a credit union which are all much more intelligently designed. If it weren’t for my mortgage which was from a company Commercial Bank bought I would not waste my time doing business with Commercial Bank.

When this update first came out I wasn’t sure about it at first. But it’s good except I hate that I can’t just stay logged in and it also doesn’t remember my username and password for more than 2-3 logins. I typically just don’t have it remember me at all. So it’s a bit annoying. But overall good.

The inside staff at the Greenville location set the bar for the whole industry. Everytime I go in I am more and more impressed.
Not a fan
I really miss the version prior to this new one. This one doesn’t update quickly, I never really know how much I have in by looking at it, it’s just not as good as the previous one. I wish you would put it back like it was. I do like the transfer option, but all in all, it’s just not better.
Worthless
Just use the website. I don’t know why they even bother with this. Always a cluster of failed sign-ins and lock-outs for years.
No longer banking there because of app
The app is terrible i downloaded it on my new phone and it says it will text me a log on pin, but never does. I’m moving all of my banking out of commercial, I’ve had it with your terrible app
