after hours
They do not have an after hours number to call when office is closed which can leads to problems especially on weekends.

Too difficult to get into. Much preferred the 4 number password. It would be more convenient to see the current month in entirety without having to ask for it. Do not like not being able to see all of the transactions from previous month.

I have to enter my full password every time I want to check my account. Before I just had to enter a 4 digit code.
Account holder
The app is NOT user friendly…. Password resets , size of font, buffering constantly with full service to phone. It is so much harder to navigate than the previous app function

It logs me out every other time I use it. It’s frustrating 😩
Error 0014
App worked great until recently. Whenever I try to open it up now, I receive an error code 0014. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app with no fix.
