I have three Bluetooth pot lights and a nightmare to connect. I can get one and possibly two but never the three together. I’m so disappointed

What a horrible app they don’t support their customers or products. My Home Depot CE lights are zwave there’s only Bluetooth in the current app. The lights have a 5 year warranty and should be covered for longer than the warranty.

This app hasn’t had an update in over 3 years. I can’t get it to connect to my light I bought at Home Depot. I’m extremely disappointed. Do not buy these lights.
Pure Crap
Do not buy theses lights. They stop working and the reset function is worthless. You will need to spend more money to replace with new lights that work. Save yourself the frustration and aggravation.

For people having trouble
Try turning Bluetooth off and back on on your phone you should see phone connected to CSRMesh then try reconnecting light through the app. I had troubles at first I tried to connect light, it would see the light in the app but was unable to complete connection, after I did that it worked and connected right away. Don’t waste your time or money on these lights or app absolute garbage I don’t understand why Home Depot is even selling this product it’s such simple technology and they can’t get it right?

This is a terrible app! I bought 5 lights from Home Depot. They worked with the app for 1 day. Then when installing an update for the lights the app continued to crash and now the lights will not connect with the app. Do not purchase.

Purchased this color changing lighting from Home Depot! The app hardly ever works, had to keep deleting & re-booting. Their customer service /technicians swear they have fixed the bugs but within 2 weeks same issues arise. It will be expensive to remove & replace all my recessed lighting but what’s the point of a smart house with STUPID lighting… VERY DISSAPOINTED

App does not work
This app sucks - does not work. So much time wasted.

When you click on add new light it brings you to a button that says search for lights. When you press it it does nothing. My lights are now useless.
Garbage app with zero support or developer commitment
Terrible app,software, and interface, constantly disconnect and rarely function properly. The menu gives you the option to go to the Q&A tab or the support tab but neither actually work, they just load forever. If i could give zero stars i would. If you want color changing smart lights just spend a bit more for some Phillips hue lights, the small amount you save with these is not worth the constant struggle and the dealing with useless developers that offer zero help or customer support.
