Amazing for ADHD

As a business owner with ADHD, building habits has always felt impossible while managing everything else. I was relying purely on willpower, and when there are no immediate consequences, my brain just ignores the task. Commit completely changed that for me. By adding actual consequences for skipping your habits, it bypasses my executive dysfunction and forces me to follow through. It’s made me happier, healthier, and way more productive.

I wish this app existed 10 years ago

If this app existed when I was in my 20s my life would have gone in a completely different trajectory. I used to struggle so much with staying focused and actually trying to grow in my life. Now I don’t need to worry about motivation or my willpower to get things done. I even was able to go to the gym more and lose 15lbs in 3 months.
