Enjoyed this app, it used to work well. iOS 15 update made it stop working. Developer needs to update this app to work with iOS 15.

Until just a few days ago (this writing is 2/21/22) this app was functioning as expected. Now it is “Oops something went wrong. Try again or check App Store for an update.” No update and the developer website is dead. It appears this app is done. Too bad, it was a great app that I e used for years.

MissingSteps Apps Not Working
None of my MissingStep apps are working, including Commodities Pro, Stock Trader, Stock Tracker, Daily Stocks, and Trading Ideas. I used Commodities Pro near daily, but it stopped working last week. What’s up?

It is expensive and they still give you pop up adds
Every time I open the app I get an add about one of their other products. There doesn’t appear to be any way to turn them off. I’ve quit using it.
Ads in premium app? Email needed
I already have an excellent stocks app, but bought this because of the display for commodities. It appears to be the best looking commodities app on iOS. Easy to open and quickly see quotes, and easy on the eyes.
When I open the program expecting to see the attractive interface for a quick glance of commodities, but instead I’m greeted by an unsolicited notification in the middle of my screen asking me if I want to open a website for the opportunity to “learn about” whatever, I get frustrated.
There is no option to turn it off. It’s an ad
This is/was a premium app, why do I have ads.
You also have to create an account to use the app. No Apple sign in available. Seeing this was a premium app, I created an account with a email I use for certain low spam risk sign ups. The date I’m writing this I got spam from a unknown sender, and another “ad”. My first time getting one at that address.
I’ve had enough. I don’t believe this app is worth it on discount, definitely not regular price.
I tried, because it looks good on the surface, but ultimately I can’t with the shady business.
The charts aren’t fully interactive either, in a $40 commodities app. Don’t expect the news tab to find any news the majority of the time either.

Stopped Working but back online
Lost it for a few days, but they got it back up now. Works great, like before.
Now the app crude oil price no longer reflects the WTI or the BRENT index. Only reason I use the app, had to switch to a different one.

Customer needing help
I purchased this app on 2/21/2020 it comes up on my home page but will not let me open it no matter what I do I have contacted support but they have not respond and I still cannot get into the app and I don’t know what else to do
Plotting Errors - Large Error, Dev wont fix
When you change time scales, plotted values are different. Mid-scale values shift up. For Natural Gas, I complained to the developer, but they denied the problem, defending the data. On Aug, 2019, there was a dip to near 2.0, as shown on 2-year scale, but 6-month scale showed a high value near 2.5. I’ve seen similar scaling errors exhibited on other missing link apps with stock histories. not sure why dev ignores me after repeated feedback.

From time to time, gold stocks are a bargain so this helps find opportunities.
What happened?
This app stopped working and there is not an update. All I get is “Oops! Something went wrong, try again later. If the problem persists, check the app store for an update.”

STOPPED WORKING
After two months, this app stopped working. The cutesy message “Oops! Something went wrong” suggests checking for updates, but there aren’t any.

I bought Commodity app about a month ago and it just stopped working. What a wasted $50!! I can now buy a bundle for $99. No thank you. Missing step - good name for unethical company.
