The new app sucks’ my gift card didn’t transfer neither did my rewards.
Worst app ever
I rarely post reviews but this is truly the worst app o have ever used since they updated it a few months ago. It never works and always glitches around. Their new update keeps bringing back to the Home Screen. Also made me lose all my rewards when they updated it a few months ago
New app removes all data
Absolutely disappointing update and not intuitive to use anymore. Can’t scan my account code and I lost all my rewards. Guess I’ll be eating more Starbucks. Won’t be recommending CommonBond less to my out of town friends
Gift card gone
Had a gift card in the app, didn’t transfer over when they did the update. Tried to reapply it in the new app and now it’s telling me it’s not valid. $50 down the drain. Coupon for “we miss you” coffee I received via email yesterday doesn’t work either or show up in app. Needs a lot of work.
