A two-phase learn system walks you through each verse before handing it to a spaced repetition schedule that brings it back at the right intervals. The Navigators Topical Memory System is built in as a curated starting point. MEDITATE Guided meditation sessions anchored to Scripture — not breathing exercises, not ambient noise. Choose from four established methods: Picture · Ponder · Pray (a blend of Ignatian and Reformed practice), Lectio Divina, the Puritan Method, or the Five P's. Each session ends with a sentence you carry into your day. Your reflections and prayers are saved in a private journal.
