Our instructors are trained by some of the best in the industry and we love to make you feel challenged and empowered to tackle whatever your up against that day. There is no "cool kid" table at our studio - we encourage everybody and every Body to enter our space and be with us! Enjoy the class and a nice refreshing lemongrass towel.
