Vellum: sketch over your drawings with Apple Pencil on iPad. You get layers, scale, snapping, dimensions and design options. You can present a sketch, export it as a PDF, issue it as an SK, attach it to a chat or RFI, or share it with your contractor. On Mac you can view and present sketches. Drawings: see each issued set sheet by sheet. The list is sorted by drawing date and shows whether each sheet was filed with DOB, with “Build to” and “DOB approved” views. When a renumbered sheet replaces an older one, the older one is hidden automatically. RFIs and Submittals: both now live in the Construction section of each project. Presentations (Mac): turn your schedules into sheets for the client to review, by room or by category. Each room can have its own board, palette and materials section, and there’s a sign-off package. Meet: plan a meeting ahead with an agenda, talking points and materials, and send the agenda to the client. When the meeting starts, the agenda becomes a checklist. Apple Watch, Siri and Live Activities: see a meeting in progress on your Lock Screen and Watch. You can also send messages by voice with Siri. Widgets: new Today, Commitments, Deliveries, Chats and Start a Meeting widgets. Today has a checkbox you can tap, and there’s a Control Center control for starting a meeting. Live refresh: screens update as soon as something changes, for you, your clients and your contractors. Also new: an Orders card on the dashboard that previews upcoming deliveries with product photos, and standard room codes across every project. Fixes and polish throughout, including no more surprise sign-outs when a session expires.
