The VA pays at either 100% or 0%. Common Spirit cannot handle VA and Medicare in the same app.

Do not recommend paying copayments through this app. I prepaid copays using a credit card and even though it shows on my card statement CHI says they have no record of receiving it. Customer service is a joke.

Unfortunately, no one will call me. I have no way to talk to a person about a bill. They did not turn into my insurance. I have great insurance that will pay hundred percent. because I have two policies. I've tried sending text messages and they don't accept text messages and all they need to do is file it with my insurance to get paid. I'm beyond frustrated at this point.

Just one more portal that doesn’t connect with the other medical records portals.
Has not imported my Epic info over to the new CS portal and no one seems to be able to help with resolving problem. Unable to ‘seamlessly access’ labs or other history that was in Epic, tech support said to contact previous PCP to get my old records moved over but that office was closed a year ago so unable to contact PCP. Current PCP does not have access to old PCP records to even import current meds list so they are having to recreate the “basic wheel”. No access to a tech support phone number to correct issues so my 20yrs of medical history is a jumbled mess. Really disappointing.

Test result print option
Not everyone is tech savvy and able to use these portals. Others have vision problems especially reading things like test results. This app DESPERATELY NEEDS A PRINT OPTION FOR TEST RESULTS!!!!!
Hospital stay
I was recently in the hospital for eight days. No one enjoys being in the hospital, but the treatment I received from doctors, nurses, and CNAs made my hospital stay so much easier. Well done!

Horrible App!
I wish I could give -0- stars. I have been asked my surgeon’s office to use this app for pre-appointment check-in. Well, I would, if the app didn’t keep having issues preventing me from completing the process! Also, for whatever reason, the app has not been updated with what I owe from my most recent procedure. Every other week I’m getting called about making a payment. But this app is supposed to be the be-all-and-end-all. Yeah, right. So frustrating!
