Can’t Message my Doctors

I only the option of messaging my Direct care physician which is really inconvenient. I have a cardiologist and a nephrologist and can’t pick them out like I could on the other app. That seems like a massive miss.

The most useless app

I can’t even do the most basic task like make an appt with my Doctor! Virginia Mason switched to this app recently and it’s absolutely useless! Who rolls out an app without the most basic tasks available?!?

Horrible App

Extremely disappointing transition to this app… lost visibility to scheduled appointments, and can only message PCP. Due to the transition, wait times to actually get in touch with someone (by phone, the only legitimate way to connect) has ballooned to 45+ minutes

Trying to schedule an appointment

The app works until I get as far as trying to schedule an appointment and then it stalls out?

Terrible Rollout

Wasted hours trying to set up my account because they told me my information was invalid even though it wasn’t. Had to call customer service to wait on hold only to be hung up on. After finally reaching someone who didn’t hang up on me I set up my account to then find out my records didn’t transfer, and that this “new and improved” portal lacks the basic feature of scheduling appointments. All this happened in the middle of trying to work with my doctor on a prescription dosage and led to delayed care. Another American healthcare classic

Unintuitive

So far, this app has to be the most unintuitive app I have ever experienced. Menus are confusing, things get lost and things just don’t work. Needs to be better.

Lousy start.

I can not connect my phone to your app. I can not make an appointment on the app for a mamagram or a dexa. I have tried on the phone 3 times and after 40 min have given up.

Horrible system

Horrible record system that dies not interface with the previous medical record system. So far it’s taken me at least 4 hours of inputting my data into this new application and it still doesn’t give me the possibility of getting an appointment with the provider with whom I need to make an appointment.

Missing patient information

My experience with Common Spirit patient portal has been poor. Unable to reach doctors on portal. Missing patient information. Lab results missing. Future appointments lost. Unable to communicate with my health care provider.

Apple Health integration not available

CommonSpirit - WA does not show as an Apple Health records source.

Needs new update

This WA state app needs to learn from other CommonSpririt Apps. Can’t schedule an appointment, screen just go blank after asking reason for visits.

Completely unusable

Would you like to verify your email and phone number 5 times to sign up for an app that can’t even perform a basic function like scheduling an appointment? The you’re in luck. Download common spirit if you’re interested in wasting the next half an hour of your life.
