Touch id no longer works

Ever since the last update 2 months ago, the touch id no longer works. I have touch id enabled im settings too.

Can't capture check images

The app is fine except it won't capture my check images. It said to hold camera steady etc. My iPhone 6s Plus was on a tripod so how much more steady could I hold it!
