It is nearly impossible to make a payment using this app or the online portal. It’s like they don’t want me to pay my bill

Improvements have made things better
Recent updates have made the app pretty comprehensive. Bill pay stuff is still not as user friendly as the website, but acceptable. Having the “search” feature include account holder notes would be helpful for the next update. (Example- I do a transfer and “add a note” of “for vacation fund”, I would like to be able to search “vacation fund,” “vacation,” or “fund” and have my transfers show up instead of “no results.”)

Great app- easy to use. I use alerts and the message center instead of calling. Always great service.
Notifications
I would like more information when notified about account activity instead of having to log on and search to determine what the notification refers to!

Particularly I feel safe and secured having my account there
Paying Bills
I used to pay my bills from this account but the last few times/years I haven’t been able to do that. What’s going on.

App is terrible
I can’t pay a bill because every time I am required to go accept a legal document that can’t be accessed on the app. So I have to find a computer to log in and then locate where this document is because it is not clearly placed under any of the links.

Up With The Times
I’m very happy with the update now I can receive text messages when I make purchases. Now we’re in the big leagues like all the other banks and credit card companies. Keep up the good work.
Updated but still outdated
The new app is nicer than the previous one. However, I was hoping we would gain the possibility of seeing pending check card transactions. But nope, still not an option. Not sure why considering most modern financial institutions have had this capability for over 20 years.
A very nice update overall, with a few needed adjustments.
This new COFCU app was a much needed update. Overall, I’m very happy that this app functions properly and looks a bit nicer than the previous app. Just a few suggestions:
- I wish there was a way to size down the text (perhaps 1 font size down to make room for more information).
- I thought there was going to be a way to transfer money to an external account, but apparently there isn’t. Or maybe I’m seeing it wrong??? Correct me if I am.
