Can’t even get it started
Having down loaded the app, when trying to add a panel, the QR code link doesn’t work and so by substitution requires information which just isn’t clear, like what kind of panel is it??? How am I supposed to know?! Therefore cannot progress and there’s no one to help. Desperately disappointed with the app and also the customer service and Commtel whose inability to do anything right drove me to look at using the app…I guess I shouldn’t be surprised that the app too is difficult to deal with.

Great app
App works great for my gates. Allows me to add and remove numbers when needed. Allows me to change/add/delete codes when needed. Allows me to get signal. Even allows me to change the colour of the keypad to purple.
