Unreliable
We’ve been using this app and platform for about a year now. We constantly have issues with call quality, agents not being able to access voice mails etc.
Very poor app
This app will not disconnect from the server to the point that the only way I can get it to stop is to uninstall it every day. This means I have to reinstall it each time I arrive at work. It also disconnects all the time. I am required to attend to things urgently but people cannot contact me. I have had to use a UHF radio as it is far more reliable. I would not use this app if I had a choice!!

Useless
The app never lets me answer a call. It rings for two seconds and when I answer nothing happens so I assume the call dropped.
Hijacks my phone.
This app has proved to be a bane. It is EXTREMELY INTRUSIVE. No matter what I try I cannot temporarily disable it short of deleting the app. I still get obnoxious rings at all times (including during important meetings and telephone court proceedings). I have used the DND option, the “Quit” option, and even signing out of the phone provider network. It still rings, like a visit from the undead that can’t be killed. Now if I have an important event I just delete the app.

Horrendous
This app just doesn’t work properly. Such a disappointment as our office users just don’t have faith in using it as call quality is either shocking or calls just drop altogether.
Only works 1/10 when I attempt to make a call
This app needs its bugs fixed ASAP!!! It won’t let me complete an outgoing call!
