The ap here lately won’t let me log in. I have had to change my password numerous times. Even using facial I’d it tells me to type in the password

I have been using this bank since I was 15, and I am now currently 37. I have never had a problem with this bank and their customer service! 10/10
Great Bank and App
I love this bank and it’s employees are very nice. The app works great but sometimes I can’t log in due to maintenance and/or bugs or technical issues. But it does happen more often than other banks. Hopefully they fix it in the future!!!

Always “experiencing tech difficulties”
Several times per month, attempts to log in are rejected due to the app experiencing technical difficulties. My other bank’s app has no issues.
Using mobile deposit for the first time.
When you first use mobile deposit, you need to write “for mobile deposit” on the back of your check, but you are not told that until your first check is rejected. This is not helpful.
