All I want to do is pay my bills. This is the worst bank and for the new year I will be moving my money to a more user friendly bank. Not good for business.

i’ve had community bank for yrs! loved the app at first.. but now i can’t ever log in.. says there’s an error and it can’t validate my request.. i’m seriously gonna shut down my accounts and go else where that’s up to date with technology! it’s so frustrating.. i just wanna know my balance or see if one of my bills came out of my account..

Having a hard time logging into the app
Every time I try logging into the app and I’m trying to create my temporary change my password and everything it won’t save and it says app errors or something like that hopefully it gets resolved
Where is Zelle?
Your website says to enroll in Zelle I have to secret the “Send Money with Zelle” tab, which doesn’t exist on the website or the app. Now the Zelle app won’t let me send money through it because I have to enroll through my bank’s app, which isn’t an option.

It’s 2019 and the app doesn’t have thumb print or facial recognition. Who logs in with a password anymore?
Day one and no access
Well it's day one and I've tried logging in and keep getting told there is an error. Not off to a great start but here's to looking up....hopefully
