Can no longer download!!
I have been a member for a good number of years, without issue.
On trying to open the app, I get a message telling me there’s a new version. Whilst I can go into the app from the App Store, it will not let me download the app any more, despite the message on the old version. Please, someone get this sorted!!

Account removed and no explanation
I was a regular reviewer and without any notice or explanation my account was closed before I was able to redeem my rewards
This is kinda slow.
The GUI stutters and pauses quite a lot, even when doing basic stuff, with delayed responses to user inputs. Yeah the iPhone 10 is pushing a decade, but it really shouldn't take very much to do what's going on here!
Great Mobile App
I had a lot of issues with the new version that they rolled out a while back. Tech Support was awesome to work with, until I got. I hesitate to download a new app, which is what I think this is. I’m already a member of C space but 90% of the time I will always do hatch on my mobile phone. All the other C communities that I belong to I do on my laptop.

Scam and horrible customer service
This app recruited me. I did not seek them out. Then after answering several surveys , they took my access away and sent me a spam-ish email accusing me of providing false information, automated answers and basically lying. Do not waste your time with this horrible app and company

False Automatic Flags
I’ve been a long-time member of the Hatch Community and enjoyed participating in multiple formats over the past ~10 years. I recently experienced a login issue and reached out to support. They let me know that their automatic system had flagged me as providing false information- something I have never done- and that they would have no further communication with me. Just be warned that you may be blocked at any time with no explanation given or options for appeal. Additionally, I have experienced a number of issues with survey questions over the past couple of years where the questions and answer selections do not populate correctly, if at all. It seems like the company may be scaling back on their number of employees and utilizing tools/methods that are clearly not ready to be deployed. Brands and potential community participants, be warned.

Beware! If you noticed, a lot of people are having the same issue: we’ve all been using this app for a while and loved it and then randomly got kicked out and couldn’t access our password to log back in. Then we get surprised with this “You are banned because of false, inconsistent, or offensive information.” My notice came right after support told me they looked into my account and I could log back in now but I still couldn’t so I asked them and they randomly said that out of nowhere. Believe me, I actually do thoroughly read and answer every survey question on any app, etc I take. I ask support to give me specific examples of what I did to get banned, of course no response. I don’t know what happened but honestly it feels a bit like a scam now. I noticed for my account and I think some other people’s that they will do this when you haven’t redeemed some money yet…seems like a dodgy way to just not pay people!!

Randomly banned me!!
They randomly closed my account because apparently I provided false, inconsistent, and/or offensive answers/information. I’ve been using this app since at least 2019 and have never done any of this. They also said “ Unfortunately, you will not be able to access your profile and we will no longer respond to emails from any of your accounts”. This is outrageous!!

Rewards take too long
It’s great when there are actually surveys to take… but the rewards take a long time to appear… sometimes 3-4 weeks

Hatch is a really great app I’ve been using for years now
It gets more better and better day by day but there are things they need to work on

Not working anymore
This was a great app for doing honest surveys that rewarded you with gift cards for your time. Months ago stopped working and even though I tried to reset account and password, nothing works anymore.
Love this app
I get to give my perspective on things and get paid to boot. The question don’t require much time and are always interesting and timely.
