These is no such thing as Excellent Customer Service anymore. Except with Community First Bank Of NI LA. They’ve headed off more than one potential Problem for me before I was even aware there Could have Been. Definitely 5-Star Bankers

Really aggravating to have to wait for a text every single time I login. It’s slow to navigate and the most used options are hard to get to. I miss the old version
Takes forever to load
The app takes forever to load (if it loads fully—I don’t have the patience to stick around to see). App worked fine before the new look. Still better than nothing.
New Change but Not for the Better
I’ve used this bank for years with no problems. Their workers are all very friendly and professional. This app used to work, but after the change, you aren’t even allowed to sign in. Their website has also been down for two days. I’ve called customer service twice already to confirm my account and had been told it was now “unlocked”. Nope. You’re supposed to be able to put in your account, press continue at the top right, which will then let you put in your password. It is completely non-functional and, again, it’s been at least two days. This is not acceptable for a business that is supposed to be responsible to guard our life’s savings. I’m changing banks as soon as I have the ability to.
