I love this app and I absolutely love my credit union!
Bill Pay
Who ever was the one in charge of getting this new bill pay should immediately be fired. This new bill pay is NOT USER FRIENDLY. It involves many more steps and is a waste of time to the old version everyone liked. If this version is supposedly better why does it now have a separate helpline. Talking with employees at the credit union they seem to have the same attitude that I have. This is a classic example of newer is NOT better

Tried to transfer funds from one account to another and those of us that use voice over, blind, the app does not work in voice over. This app is not visually impaired friendly.Left prior rating due to same problem, nothing has been done to improve app.

Allow 2FA and Passkey’s
It would be awesome if you could setup 2FA in Raivo or something like Authy.
Not only that but setup passkey support. So the account is hooked to another piece of hardware. So nobody can just login to your bank account from grabbing cookies or anything.
