They don’t have profiles seems like they have bot profiles on their sites, and refund policy is non existence once you purchase the service means you are stuck
Pathetic service
They only involve with you till the time you take their PRIME membership after that their service is pathetic and they don’t talk properly and again and again send the same profiles only

App is easy to use but its always hanging and can’t even get chat support in the app in my opinion if you want to chat r support go for website

After subscribing, they’ll not at all respond. Assisted service is a big scam. Relationship Manager not at all intended to find suitable matches based on our requirement. They’re planing to make us their regular customers by not providing appropriate matches intentionally and not informing us when we get a response from suitable matches.

Fake Profile Concern
Waste of money. After using this app for 21 days, I received 5 matches, and many profiles appeared to be fake or inactive. Despite purchasing a paid plan, I did not get any meaningful responses or genuine matches. Customer support was also not helpful in resolving my concerns. I would not recommend this app to anyone looking for a serious matrimonial service.

Very bad experience with this app. Useless service. False claims made by sales team while selling the plan. Customer support team is useless. I have already emailed and received a ticket id before if you ask me do it. But there’s no resolution and only emails with acknowledgement of issue are being circulated!!

Completely Waste of money, don't register for this
I had a very bad experience with Kannada Matrimony. Initially they show a few profiles and then push you to register by paying ₹6000 or more. Once you pay the amount, suddenly you will not see many useful profiles. After that, their team continuously calls and pressures you to take a “Personal Assistant” service which costs around ₹13,000 to ₹20,000.
Later they try to sell more paid services again and again. It feels like they are more focused on collecting money rather than genuinely helping people find matches.
In my opinion, this is a waste of money. Please don’t blindly believe their promises or marketing calls. Think carefully before paying even a single rupee. I request others not to register for this application or other community matrimony apps without proper research.

App quitting after submitting OTP
Not able to sign in to app. Entered OTP and app is quitting immediately. Tried couple of times but no luck😬
Worst application
The overall app experience has been extremely disappointing. Notifications never arrive on time — some show up after 15 days, making the service completely unreliable. The Login via OTP feature is also useless; the app abruptly closes as soon as you enter the OTP and tap submit. This has made the app very frustrating to use. I would not recommend wasting your time or money on this application.
