HORRIBLE CX
Recently joined a gym and downloaded the member app for reservations and classes.
The app seems easy to navigate, but the functionality of scheduling court time doesn’t work at all for me.
I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and it still won’t even populate options to select in the drop down.
Other members have commented on how poor the app is for reserving court time, as well.
