New update
The new update on this app is terrible. Use to love it. They have made it harder to see what is being charged to ur account. I use to have a search button that does not exist anymore so I could micro manage certain charges in my checking account. The new update is terrible.
Fix it
Can’t see accounts or do anything.
Change it back
The latest update/ rebrand was a total mistake, everything about the new app is garbage, the lay out, the color scheme, every last detail.

Great when its working
Works great when I can login. 50% of the time the service is offline or is only working on desktop. Very frustrating, the only thing I really need from my bank and most of the time I have to come back and check hours later and hope its online.
Phenomenal people, convenient locations
Staff are friendly and helpful at every branch I’ve ever had occasion to visit. Trish, the Pleasant Hill manager and her staff are phenomenal!

It’s hard to get into the app. If you manage it, half the time it throws you out mid transfer. It is horrible!
Won’t let me update.
It won’t let me update it. It just keeps loading then not loading. It doesn’t even tell me anything it just stops. So now I can’t get in on the app.

I have to call and reset my password every time I want to get in the app.
Depositing checks
I had deposited two checks on March 20th and thought they went through(pending). I had no notification that they “failed” to go through. I found out over a week later that they didn’t deposit. Now I’m repeatedly trying to re-deposit those checks and the mobile deposit is way too sensitive since I’ve tried over 10 times. If there’s any way to fix the mobile deposit and the notifications so I know the checks went through successfully.

App doesn’t work??
The app won’t let me even login? It takes me back to the screen where it says to verify my email every single time, but never sends an email to my account. All my information is correct.

Living in Dallas keeping an Iowa bank account is easy using CSB Mobile app.

Does the basic things I may need. Can’t complain, just needs to be updated to support iPhone X screen!! That not being done yet, makes the app nearly unusable, at least for me.

Finally We got a app and it works
Works great
Just downloaded and logged in. I didn't do much, just the basics. I could easily find recent transactions and make transfer. I am excited to finally have a CSB app!
