Many times this app won’t works in my I phone. I have to uninstall it and reinstall then works for few days. And same process repeats.

I was awarded with a default password. As you Login for the first time it asks you to change password. All good so far.
Now pain starts from here
Despite trying hard with lot of combinations, I am not able to meet their password compliance. The consistent error message says atleast one alphabet and one number.
Then I tried web login and it says incorrect credentials.
Tried calling their helpline number and no one responds.

Pathetic app, doesn’t open only.

App persistently failed to open in iOS. Many times complaint launched in App officials but is of no use
