If you’re making an app there should be a option to delete account permeable to maintain privacy but this worst or third class does not provide account delete option.

Bad interface, bad user experience
The app has stopped working after the update. I am using an iPhone 15 Pro Max and the app stopped working for me after their last update. My phone is running iOS 26. Quite disappointing
Bad UX by forcing Contacts access
Sharing contacts permission is solely User’s choice and preference and you can’t force them to share the permissions and access to open the Profile of the Person.. I as an Developer can say that you’re forcing the Users to share the Contact Permissions against their Rights, Preferences which is not a good practice.. and if I’d option to five negative ratings then I would give the negative rating n feedback

We are not able to open commu tree after new update
Commutree messages not uploading
The problem of uploading daily messages has been complicated. Since last couple of months it has. Worsened. The new messages takes two to three days to appear on my iPhone 15pro. Despite calling your office was advised to log out and log in, Delete the app and reload it. Nothing seems to solve the problem.

I tried to enter my details, but it asks for an Indian cell phone number, which I as an Indian living outside India is not possible to provide. Can you enable all countries?

Update latest ios to login
Keep getting error “unsupported URL” after successful log into gmail. Whats strange that a prompt of OTP is shown after giving phone number but popup opens asking for google account! The support team keeps saying they will call back but no one reverts.

Can’t Login easily
This app has been sticky all through the years while using on iPhone. It’s difficult to even login. There should be simple process.

I am facing issue in app on iOS. Earlier I was able to see buttons for shradhanjali , congratulations, etc . Now those buttons have been removed and only blank space is there. Also not able to favourite tab on top. Can you please help as my family is also facing same in iOS

I am getting several Instagram requests and messages saying that my profile On commutree has been found with no phone number. Could You please send me this profile as it is FAKE account and I have never ever created a profile on your app or website.
Please can you investigate as I am really worried that random Pictures and profiles have been shared and created of me and it is not real and someone has taken pictures to create the account.
Can you please look into and get back to me assp as I will be reporting the app if this is not investigated. There should be a proper safety check before anyone is allowed to create a profile. Your reviews On the AppStore also state that other people are having same issue.

It is not working on iOS 10.3.4!!! Before update it works fine. But after update it crash as we start. So please do something about backwards iOS support.
