Doesn’t work! No support
Terrible- a waste of $12.99. Has never worked and cannot get a response to request for support.
Crashed what had happened
This program crashes quite a bit….used to be a great program ….this program is filled with bugs…….and catastrophic errors…..Comodo used to be one of the best …..what went wrong………this is a case where an Antivirus has gone wrong…….

Would like a refund
I downloaded the app and paid for the yearly subscription. It does not work. Id protection keeps resetting and cannot get security browser to enable. I would like a refund!
Keeps shutting down. I want a refund.
I just downloaded this yesterday and purchased the year subscription. I’ve only been able to download the VPN. Every time I try to set up the ID protection, the app shuts down.
The safe browsing set up is confusing to say the least. I followed the instructions and it says I followed the wrong ones and I need to change it to something else with no instructions on how to do it. It certainly doesn’t just pop up as an option. And now that the ID protection shuts the app down, the safe browsing set up does as well.
I’ve shut my iPhone down in hopes to fix whatever makes it shut down, but no luck.
I definitely want to cancel this stupid, glitchy app and get my year subscription refunded. I wouldn’t have downloaded it and purchased a yearlong subscription if their antivirus for my laptop wasn’t great. I stupidly assumed their mobile app would live up to their other products.

This app is broken
Nice list of features, it would be great if any of them worked instead of crashing immediately.
Maybe next they can release a download with a message reading “I’m now going to imagine an app in my head.“

The features are never coming!
Just got my third year renewal and all the features I signed up for are still “coming soon”. Ha, yea right. It’s a vpn and probably will never be anything more.
Vpn & safe browsing stop working
So I uninstall & reinstall this app to see if it works again. No it doesn’t, I’m glad it’s only 12 bucks a year but seriously. It stopped working around December & I’ve been trying to contact them to find a soulution onto how to fix it. They don’t answer. I’ve been using comodo on my pc since 2016. It disappoints me when this vpn on mobile is terrible. You are better off switching to another product cuz this ain’t it.

VPN
VPN worked fine for about a week, now always says internal server error regardless of server location or being on data or wireless. Non existent support. Definitely not worth a subscription, wouldn’t even use it if it were free. Stick to using Comodo for pc security and get a different mobile security app.

Internal server error garbage
I paid for a year’s worth of nothing apparently. How do I set up the VPN settings? Surely this should be automatically done by the app. I emailed Comodo support for help, but no response at all. This is just theft. No support, VPN does not work. I want my money back!

VPN Issues
I love the application and can’t wait for the other features to be integrated such as WiFi and call blocking. However, the vpn seems to disconnect from time to time with no apparent reason. I am currently running the latest OS X and I have a iPhone 12 Pro Max.
Also, the vpn is terribly SLOWWWWW. Why is that, comodo?

Bonjour, j’ai acheter la version premium durée de 1 an et il a un bug je peut pas activé la protection des email sa me redirige sur la page pour acheter la version premium et je peut pas cliquer sur une option sa fige ou sa quitte l’application
VPN doesnt work
It would give a 5star review but after a month or 2 of having the premium version the vpn no longer works . Internal server error. Vpn is the main reason i purchesed this app. Ive tried to email support and i got no response.
Really poor management
Since the new company they have been sloppy at there stuff i’m already going to get a refund. They dont refund after discontinuing subscription, they take what you paid for off they need to refund the money Now! Will be making a report with FTC.Gov.

Always used Comodo for my pc for many years for its extensive free features. Decided to pay for this premium app and it does not disappoint. Everything I’d imagined and am very excited for the new features coming soon!
Good Protection
Great protection however when will the App actually have available for premium users the features shown on web page and video? Such as the wi fi check, call blocker and App Lock??
