Can’t see my tickets. Only shows a blank screen. Horrible app.

keyboard pops up and down makes it impossible to create tickets or do anything in the app

Simply doesn't work
The app will load to the splash screen, but that's it. If I close the app and go back in then it has options, but clicking on any of them results in error. It just doesn't work.
