Hi CampFire123 - thanks for flagging this, and I'm sorry the setup left you stuck. That's not how onboarding is supposed to work, and losing the pet details you'd already entered makes it worse. We'd really like to get to the bottom of it. Could you email us at support@companain.ai? If you can include your device and OS version, we can pinpoint what's happening on that screen and get you moving. In some cases the app is working through the initial pet data behind the scenes, which can take a little time, but a screen that won't advance at all isn't expected and we want to fix it for you. Thanks for giving CompanAIn a try; we'd love the chance to make it right.

What makes CompanAIn.ai different is that it uses agentic AI, meaning it doesn’t just give generic answers like a typical search engine and traditional AI. The responses are based on my pets specifically—their situation, symptoms, and history.
There have been several times when the app helped me understand what was going on with my dogs and what steps I should take. In many cases, CompanAIn saved me from making unnecessary trips to the vet, which saved both time and money. And when I do visit our veterinarian, the insights from the app actually help make the appointment more productive. Our vet loves the concept and finds the information very helpful.
For less than the price of two coffees a month, we have peace of mind and our pets have a voice . My dogs are members of our family, and the very least I can do is invest a small monthly amount to help give them a voice and better understand their health. It is worth every penny .

The Insights Changed My Perspective
After downloading CompanAIn and starting to use it with my other dog, the insights it surfaced really caught my attention. I thought I understood my dogs’ health…but I realized how much I hadn’t been paying attention to. It highlights patterns and changes in a way that makes you realize how easy it is to miss small things over time.
Seeing that honestly made me want to be even more proactive and thoughtful about my current dog’s health moving forward. It’s one of those apps that just makes you feel like you’re paying closer attention and doing better for your pet.

This app solves the issue on both sides. It allows me to upload all of my dog’s prior health history for review from new vets or techs, and also makes it EASY to update a new vet if you need to move or change.
