Kairos Portal — Side-by-side view of every group's itinerary on the same event. Color-coded by status, so you can see at a glance their progress. Group chat — Real-time messaging scoped to each team or event chat, with @mentions and read tracking. Bell notifications for unread messages. Live tracking — Opt-in location sharing during your event window, so admins see your position on the live map. Auto-stops when your last task completes.
