Ask natural questions about your company's contracts, standards, SOPs, project history, and disputes — and get answers grounded in documents your team has uploaded, with the source files one tap away. For team members: • Ask questions in plain English; answers stream back word by word. • Rate responses thumbs up or down to teach the Brain what's right. • Browse past conversations, share a link with a teammate, or pick up where you left off on any device. For company admins: • Upload PDFs, DOCX, and TXT files to the knowledge base. Tag each with a label, tier, and folder so the Brain knows what's authoritative. • Submit Q&A pairs directly to shape how the Brain answers common questions. • Monitor every conversation across your team. Add structured feedback and rebuild trust where the Brain got it wrong. For master accounts: • Capture voice or text field notes from the jobsite — the Brain ingests them and runs Risk Guardian analysis automatically. • Resolve escalated risk events from the Guardian dashboard. Company Brain is a B2B internal tool. Access is provisioned by your company admin in BigLogic Team Management — there is no public sign-up.
