Company Inventory is a fast, offline-first warehouse asset tracker for IT teams that move Dell laptops, monitors, and accessories between sites. • Scan service tags, monitor barcodes, keyboard/mouse/AC adapter codes, and IMEI strings with the rear camera or by picking a photo from the library. • Bundle scanning: capture a computer plus its keyboard, mouse, AC adapter, and backpack in one flow; monitors are tracked separately. • Hubs & Sites: organize your fleet across as many locations as you need — add, rename, archive, or remove right from Settings. • Technicians: tag every scan with the tech who performed it, with a default for the current device. • Print individual 4×2" labels via AirPrint or generate an 8-up US-Letter PDF for plain-paper batch printing. • Share label PDFs to DYMO, Brother, or Zebra label apps via the share sheet. • Detects the Dell model from a service tag. • Activity log: every change is timestamped and attributed for chain-of-custody. • Missing-equipment summary by hub for quick gap audits. • Import / export: CSV and XLSX with multi-sheet split (computers vs. monitors), plus a downloadable empty template. • Dark mode, custom title, and full iPad layout.
