Nothing happens
This app just sits on the opening screen, and does nothing. No progress bar, nothing clickable, just a picture of a meerkat in a robe.
Doesn’t load
Starts up, displays the cookie rubbish, then it stops.
Unusable
Can’t open. Can’t use the rewards. Have had this app and used for years. Please fix asap.
No QR codes for Cafe Nero
I can’t find a way to report a problem with the app and the app support button just takes you to the website with no support.
But the Cafe Nero rewards aren’t working. It tries to load a QR code but then comes up with an error. I saw something to say that the app needed updating on the website but the Apple App Store says it’s up to date.

Unable to access the pages now it just comes up with an app error code.

Same issue as others. Updated app doesn’t open just scrolls the packages they offer. Never progresses. No way to use rewards
Non functional
This app simply does not work at all, there’s a splash screen but nothing to click, never opens into the app. I cannot access the promised rewards! My husband has it on his Android phone and that works but sadly doesn’t seem to work on iPhone

Only works on android (and yes I tried storage) I made some space for it by putting it in an tab where it needs one room but YEAH

Don’t really understand the purpose of this app. Just use your browser guys. This is a joke app with joke rewards. Stop giving away your data.

App crashes at splash screen and can’t be used. Tried all the advice I can find and nothing works

This app is completely unusable, it doesn’t progress past the first splash screen with the words scrolling left/right and the meerkat at the bottom.
I’ve left it for 10+ minutes and it never moves further, doesn’t matter if I uninstall and reinstall, accept none or all of the cookies, it just doesn’t work.
How am I supposed to use my rewards when the only way to use them doesn’t work? The website works fine but I can’t use my rewards there for some reason, you have to have the broken app to use rewards.

App Doesn’t Work
Words drift across the screen and that’s it. I’ve tried pressing on each of them and nothing happens. Really frustrating that I can’t use the rewards or check my quotes.

Rubbish reward
I have tried to claim my rewards for weeks and all get oops something went wrong sergi is working hard to rectify. Been waiting for weeks. Contacted help but it’s stupid ai that’s no help. Wish I had stayed with confused.
Not working for days
When I took a policy out last year I was able to use my rewards but this year it keeps telling me to open the app; I have but it keeps taking me in circles and I can’t get to the codes!
