Glitches

I’ve noticed that when you start a log for pumping and you exit it sometimes refreshes the app so you have to go in and enter the time.

Confusing

I found this app somewhat confusing to use. While it was nice to be able to log breast pumps, weight and skin to skin time with my NICU baby, some of the settings made no sense. For example when logging my pumping session it only let me log time for one breast at a time, completely ignoring the fact that most providers advise you to pump both sides at once. So I can’t automatically log the time I spend pumping since I am dual pumping. It also makes me categorize each pump session as “general,” “information” or “questions,” whatever that is. Finally I suspect other breastfeeding apps not only allow you to log sessions but also have an alarm/reminder to pump built into the app, something that would be very useful for me as my pumping schedule evolves due to all the craziness of having a premature baby. Overall I’m not sure what separates this app from others, but personally I’m going to look into some other options that may more.
