The Compass Community Credit Union app is so easy to use. The visuals are easy to navigate. All lists are clear.

The resent system updated has caused this app to work much better! It’s super user friendly, feels secure and I like all the features it offers!
Security questions when logging in
The app is only great when you can access your accounts. Upon entering my user ID and password, I’m taken to a security question that I know I would never have chosen. I then can not proceed because I have no correct answer.
Mobile banking thru this app is my quick access to account info.
Please fix this. I’ve heard from other mobile users of this app that they are experiencing the same thing.
