Good app
The app is really good.
However, every time I try to send my child a letter, I get to the send letter part and it cuts out and sends me to my Home Screen so I can’t send them any more letters.

What’s gone wrong?
Latest release for IOS and it seems to not work at all. Just the cover screen with no menus or anything. It wasn’t the easiest to use before with letters not showing or being updated on the app but now it’s completely gone. Hope it gets fixed but using the website is best for me
Writing a letter crashes
Love the new layout - however trying to write a birthday card or a short note from my phone (iOS 15.3.1) crashes the app!!! Donating via the app works fine but shame the app crashes when trying to send a letter - please fix thanks!
iPad
Seriously not able to use on an iPad yet. I think you should change this to enable it to be accessed by tablets
Great App
It’s so great that, at a touch of a button, you can access so much information about the child/ children you sponsor. Letters, project information, current weather and much more. I love it!

I love this app, it’s a great way to connect with Compassion’s sponsorship and love how you can write to your child, pray for them and get updates from Compassion directly.
Not for iPad
It’s great to have an app but it is puzzling as to why it is not configured for tablet devices like iPads given their prevalence. In its current state I’ll be using the website.
Brilliant app
Your version 2.7.0 crashes upon opening. I am unable to open the app to report this so I’m afraid it’s by review.
Until this update the app has allowed me to write to my sponsored child and donate and navigate freely.

Won’t open
I can see I have notifications, but when I click the app to open it and see, it freezes with the first image (child and logo in the middle).

i think your most recent update broke the app - it gets stuck on the opening image
App won’t load, useless.
Can’t get past opening picture, neither can my husband so not just my device which is the issue.

The app (and compassion’s system in general) is really easy to use.
I’ve registered to use the app today and all my sponsorship info from the last four years have all be added into the app automatically.
Amazing. Companies with access to more resources have lesser apps than this.
The ease of use of this app has encouraged me to engage my sponsor child even more.

Wonderful app which is easy and straightforward to navigate. The layouts are beautiful and allows you to be constantly aware of what’s happening with your sponsor kids. I wish every app was this great to use!
