Ohne Apple Pay ist card complete nicht weiter zu empfehlen!!!! Kümmert euch drum!!!
Activation of app
I have been trying since a week to activate the app but id card reading always gives an error. I have tried to read my id card with another app as well, with other app it works always without any problem.

Ich versuche seit Wochen den Verifikationsprozess abzuschließen, leider ist immer nach Reisepass scannen Ende ohne irgendwas. Gesichtsscann sagt weder gut, schlecht, zu nah, zu gern, in Bearbeitung….

Scan nicht möglich
Bei der Bestätigung des Reisepasses steht man soll es scannen - bei der Oberfläche gibt es dann aber keinen Button oder irgendwas verständliches wie man sein Dokument scannen kann. Hä?
Übersichtlich. Kein FaceID, kein Apple Wallet/ApplePay
Sie App zeigt Umsätze an, nett, können andere Karten Apps auch.
Nur dass seit Jahren kein Touch oder Face ID akzeptiert wird, ist technisch Altbacken. Ebenso keine Implementierung in Wallet (sogar die A1 Master kann das inkl Anzeige der Umsätze die mit Handy/Watch getätigt wurden!). Mit Apple Pay gar bezahlen, Hoffen darf man noch.

Wann wird endlich Apple Pay möglich sein? Die Bezahlung darüber ist überfällig.

I miss the face recognition feature which enable quicker (safer) access.
I also miss not being able to use Apple Pay with my card.
As I said above, its cumbersome which just means complicated and old-fashioned.

Welcome update but very buggy
The app was finally updated and modernised, even with face ID integration. The drawback being that you need to create a new account, which is quick and easy but I am unable to add my credit card because my secure code password begins with a special character and the app doesn’t like that so I cannot continue.

The worst banking app I've seen
The app is very slow to react. One presses a button and nothing happens for seconds. Their security concept is very strange. Besides the typical mobile Tan they ask for an additional PWD that one cannot change. I've never received this PWD. When I called to get the new PWD I waited 20 mins to talk to an agent. After having been passed around to 3 other agents their service realized that they cannot handle the problem. They promised to call back. They have never called me.
DONT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE AN AUSTRIAN MONOPOLIST WITH BAD SERVICE AND SLOPY PROGRAMS. USE A GETMAN BANK INSTEAD.

Fingerprint zum Entsperren wäre schon fein. Das bieten alle mir bekannten Banken und Kreditkartenanbieter an. Danke!

Wer sich schon immer auf eine Zeitreise begeben und erfahren wollte, wie die Apps 2009 aussahen, braucht sich nur die CC App laden.
Traurig
Viele wichtige Details (Ursprungsumsatz in Fremdwährung), etc. fehlen.
Minimal Effort Made
Card Complete is a backend company that issues Visa, MasterCard and Maestro cards in Austria on the behalf of other banking institutions. I recently downloaded this app to use with my Miles & More credit card in Austria. Frankly, it’s terrible and offers the bare minimum that one can expect. But I suspect they are not used to dealing directly with consumers.
The format indicates that it hasn’t really been updated since the days of iPhone 4/4s. Logging into your account is a clunky experience and your are probably better off going through the website, although that is a pretty horrible experience too.
Card Complete needs to dramatically overhaul their website and the app. Better still, it would be nice if it felt we were directly dealing with the financial institution through which the credit card account was set up.
