NOTE: The Complete HRV App is not providing medical advice and you should consult your doctor before doing breath-work or recording your HRV. Record your Heart Rate Variability with Complete HRV. This App works with the Complete Bio Tracker device and you will need to have one of these devices to use this app. Complete HRV will enable the Complete Bio Tracker to update the software and what the device will measure based on the goals you have agreed with us. The device will record RR Interval Data. At the end of the recording your data will be processed and a report emailed to you.
