Funds take to long to clear account in my opinion

The app IS getting so much better over time. If we donāt have to type in a password in Chrome on a computer again to do a transfer, we shouldnāt have to again on the app. Itās very annoying. Again, however the app has had many improvements over the last year or so.

Really bad
Often has issues where it makes you reset password or just doesnāt let you long in for days at a time, takes forever to load, bad customer service, the links the key send you to reset information doesnāt work half the time.
Worst bank Iāve had and honestly worse app. You would think that something dealing with money that greatly effects people lifeās would just be slightly reliable, but if you expect that from this app then you are in for a horrendous time,

Sounds like a good feature. But Iāve tried 4 times with the newest update, and it still doesnāt open. Do that makes the feature worthless.

App makes me reset my password way too many times. Apple saves my password using apples super strong security and it still says password wrong or to call 1800. Worst bank to have. Literally get what you pay for. Super cheap equals super cheap service. Even when I go to the bank the tellers be little you. Smh . Worst bank ever. I hope you read this

Good until itās not.
The app was awesome until it wouldnāt open for me, just a plain white screen. Called a few times and just was told to reinstall the app and reboot my phone, which was done several times on several days.
Been a whole month that I havenāt been able to access the app and they wonāt help nor do they care.

Worst app
Ever since they switched their servers complex website and app have went down hill and for that My family and myself are in the process of switching banks. This bank has not even done anything for me so Iām not missing out on anything the since First Basin credit union has more to offer me.
