App is garbage!

This app does nothing.
After installing and reading the instruction all I got was ‘unable to retrieve lineup’.

Disappointed
First no On Demand, now the app isn’t working. This is an inconvenience for a service I pay so much for. The app once worked and made it easy to set my DVR. I wish I could watch recordings from my app but it doesn’t allow me to stream. I hope developers are working on an update soon.
No longer working
Was a five. Now a one.
When launching I now get a message stating no gateway associated with account. I even reloaded the app but still get the same message
I suspect Comporium does not invest in keeping their apps updated with IOS releases. It appears the last release of this app was 3 years ago.

Basically useless
Unable to stream. By the looks of the reviews this app never really worked and Comporium could care less.
Basic DVR Functionality
This app lets you access the guide to set recordings. It does not allow you to stream live or recorded content away from home! This does not exist with Comporium through their app. They charge a monthly fee if you want to use the app to stream or watch recorded tv within your home... but I was hoping for options away from home.

I can set things to record, which is nice, but I cannot watch anything from my iPad. Big Bummer!
Doesn't work
States the cable boxes are not found on my local network and they are both hooked up with comporium HSI ultra. smh
Loved it and then came the update
So I loved using this app when watching television. It is so much easier than trying to maneuver through with the remote. Now that the newest update has come through, I can no longer access my account. I contact support and was told "they were working on it". That was three days ago. I guess I might give some serious thought to just using Hulu and Netflix from here on out.

Crashes after 30 seconds
This app is completely worthless. It crashes after 30 seconds. You can't use it at all. I've tried on our local wifi as well as remote wifi, both with the same results. Please fix this app. This happens on iPad 3 with iOS and iPhone.
Screen saver???
Who came up with this idea? I can't even watch a sporting event without the Comporium screen saver coming on. Someone at tech support said it's a safety feature usually set for about 4 hours. Mine comes on after 1-1.5 hours of inactivity. Doesn't make since at all.
Unreliable
Periodically won't access recorded shows. Very mediocre app.
doesn’t work well
have downloaded this app and it doesn’t work on either the iPad or iPhone. won’t log in. I can go online and log in, but the app doesn’t recognize me. It should give me an option to reset password or go online to check or feedback. instead it just loops saying that it doesn’t recognize my name/password (again- can go online and log into my comporium account with the same name/password and see my bill etc)
