Must have see your savings grow FAST
This app has been the absolute best way to watch my savings grow. Moving money in and out is incredibly easy. What impressed me the most happened today: I transferred out a large sum, and their team immediately called to verify it was actually me before approving the transfer.
A representative named Paul was super nice, knowledgeable, and made me feel genuinely valued as a customer. Exceptional security and amazing customer service! I can’t wait to try out their other products. Highly recommend!

Do NOT trust!!!
This company is a disgrace! I had to update my information (phone number and address, it didn’t let me make changes on the app or website, so I emailed them. I gotten an email back saying in order to make changes to send them a picture of my id and information to change to so I done as instructed, I was also told it would take 48 hours. This was done on Saturday June 6th, no change was made. I then sent an email Thursday night (June 11th) no response back. I then emailed again that Saturday because changes were still not made and stated I was told it would take 48 hours not a week what’s going on. Still no response. Deleted account.

Be careful
My account was suddenly suspended without any explanation or notification. I’m now trying to get in contact with support to recover it or at least get my money back.
Not very smooth going for me.
Wish I could say that I’ve had a good experience, but I have not. I was able to create an account but when I went to make my first purchase, it keeps telling me that my transaction has failed due to insufficient funds. I’ve tried more than one account and have tried reconnecting them multiple times. I’ve tried a checking account and a savings account and they all have more than enough money in them. The response I get from Customer Service is your account has insufficient funds. That’s not very helpful. It doesn’t tell me how to fix it.

Very attractive interest rate that outperforms online savings accounts. The only thing I would like to see is the ability to purchase fractional shares. Because sometimes you want to invest a lump sum that may not equal full shares. At $10 a share that’s not a big problem. I’m hoping that there are updates on any changes to interest rate. Thanks!!

App crashing down( AppStore version 3.2.6 )
App crashing down( AppStore version 3.2.6 ) latest version done 4 months ago, I don’t have access at all if it’s not through the website, it’s really inconvenient when I sign up for this was because there was an app I could work with, but it’s useless( the crashing down comes at random times) deleting and reinstalling the app works and the. After 10 mins it shut down again with weird error codes, session time out, etc…. You guys should fix this issue already, it has been going on before 4 months already. If it’s not, I just take my money out.

Truly enjoy it. I can deposit AND withdraw money without any issues or delays. I didn’t give it 5 stars because their app needs work and unfortunately you can’t reinvest the dividends but other than that, I definitely recommend it!!

Should be a lot better
It should be compatible with smartphone and tablet formats. The advertisement when you log in is really getting tiresome. Glad there is a skip button, but the app should be smart enough to know I am already an investor/client. The ad blocks do not render correctly, parts of the text are cut off. What is “round up” and how do you implement it? Are we to guess or should we be able to read your minds?

Not impressed
I keep setting it to withdraw money every week and there system doesn’t do it I have to cancel and set it to auto invest again it will do it once then stop working again kind of a crapy system
Looks like buch scam comments to me
Also check how if your money is secured before comiting to invest with this people.
Compound banc is just perfect
I started with Compound banc the beginning of this year. The more bonds you own the more money you make as time goes on. You get paid every single day. Bonds start at only $10 and you can reinvest your earnings. Your money is never locked up and you can withdrawal anytime.
When you withdraw it takes 5 to 6 business days. I do wish it could be done in 3 to 4 days. That is the only complaint I have.
