If you waste your time downloading it, it will just have you download a completely different app now which is a little sketchy.
Wrong content
I studied this content for about 2 months from pocket prep, the day of the comptia a+ test it didn’t even consist of not even 10% of what I studied so misleading and waste of money. I forgot to mentioned I paid for this, there’s better options for your money out there steer away from this one

I wish it had the ability to take the test as a whole and then go back and review answers before you submit them.
Great Review, Horrible Web Service
The material on the app is great, I love the explanations and tons of questions. Liked it so much that I bought the full version so I could use it on my laptop. But that’s the thing, it doesn’t work on computers. Anytime I try to sign in it gives an error and I’m stuck using my phone, which can get really inconvenient seeing how I can’t have my phone on me at all times.

Great app!
I recently took the A+ 900 series tests and passed both. While I was going to school I used this app along with some online resources and the CompTia book. I absolutely love these questions they have definitions that help you understand what is being asked. Also the ease of being able to just use it anywhere is convenient! You definitely want to use this app.

App is not working properly
The app keeps repeating questions but it counts them as if they were new, support tells you your app version is not up to date even when it is and is slow to respond. I just want to be done with this app but I’m waiting on the “bug issue” to be resolved. Their words, not mine.
Also one of their updates says they fixed the lag in the exam readiness section, but it is still very laggy for me.

I paid for the full subscription and although at first I felt satisfied with the product, I later encountered an inundated waves of lag when trying to take the test. It’s disruptive and makes me regret purchasing the full suite..it’s just unacceptable for the price point. On the other hand, the practice questions do help..so it’s a very confusing conundrum about how I should overall feel..3 stars for now.. fix the issues devs..

Very sluggish app, useless without internet connection
I paid for ultimate package. I’ve been using this app for while but I’m getting the same questions way too often. Also it tries to load a new questions each time I take a now practice exam. I expected better than this.

Excellent App.
I’ve been using this app for over a year now and I love it. The only complaint I really have is it’s a little slow when it comes to selecting certain things within the app (ie. if you try to go to settings, it “freezes” up real bad). Other than that, great app.

Great app, but...
I really like the structure of this app. You can flag questions, it gives explanations, and it keeps track of your progress. It’s a great app when it works. Most of the time it locks up. I get heavy lag and frustration when I’m trying to take exams. Almost every time I open the app it wants to delay every time I tap anything. I paid for the full version, which is why I am frustrated. I have reinstalled this app several times. I follow the steps suggested by the support team, but it still does the same thing almost every time. I would love to give this 5 starts, because it would be an excellent tool for learning if it worked properly. The way it is, I often want to throw my phone against the wall and stomp on it until it is pulverized out of aggravation. Please developers, fix these issues. This app has SOOOO much potential. Thank you.

A great study guide!
I recommend this app for anyone trying to prepare for their CompTIA A+ exam. This was recommended by Professor Messer and this is a wonderful app. I like how you can customize your practice exams to strengthen an area you want work on specially. This app shows you what areas you need to work on. Hope you all pass your exams!

Constant freezing and crashing. Terrible load times. A complete waste.
Recommended, but it has issues
I waited to review until I passed the exams. For the most part this is helpful, but the app is really buggy and has stuff that’s not in the objectives. OSI model is not on the A+ objectives, and there are many questions about it. Also you will never need to know what iTunes version is capable of what or how much minimum RAM all the versions of Windows require. Lots of stuff like that in this app. The app also frequently crashes. I’ve seen the devs respond to complaints that crashing isn’t normal, but so many reviews complain about app stability

Stop working correctly
It’s stop working correctly, I cannot create an exam easily any more because it cannot load content on Exam for the first time. You need to close and open app couple times to be able to create an exam. It cannot resume the exam any more. It freezes. Could you please fix it.
