Can’t even sign in
All I want is to read my textbook during some downtime at work, and the only device I’m allowed to have is my phone. Reading a PDF would be impractical. But this stupid app won’t even let me log in! It just gets stuck loading forever when I try! If you don’t want to make a usable app, then let people read the book on their mobile browsers!!!

Can’t use
Big let down. I downloaded it hoping I could use it to access my digital book. I can’t even use this app. It doesn’t let me sign into my account.

Comptia should have this app fixed by now especially for the fact that they are no longer printing physical copies of books. I can only access the ebook from a computer because the app won’t even let me login.

The login for the app is non-functional. You put in a valid username and password and shows a loading wheel and then nothing happens.

How Ironic that CompTIa has one of the Lowest Ratings
The issue is the same that is reported by all these other one star reviews on the App Store. After creating an account on the CompTia.org site and entering the access key, I am able to access the ebook through that site. But if I try to look into the mobile ereader, it says account not found.
I called CompTia support. They told me that this is a known issue that is being addressed and that I should submit a ticket so that I would be notified when it is resolved. Since most of these one star reviews are from over a year ago, I’m guessing it’s going to be a while.
You’d think that the preeminent authority in computers and information technology would have a top-notch app and customer support.

How is it that a tech company can’t even get an app right
Horrible
Just bought an ebook in 2022 that cannot be opened in an official Comptia app but only on browser where mobile isn’t supported. GREAT, I LOVE PAYING THE HIGHEST PRICE IF ANY SECURITY + BOOK OUT THERE AND THEN NOT BEING ABLE TO ACCESS IT ON MOBILE. JUST AWESOME!!
Terrible E-reader
Not a user friendly app. Seems like they put in minimum effort to create this. Can’t adjust font size, you have to pinch to zoom every page, and really lacks any good feature from iBooks or any other reading app.
Unable to log into the app
I’m able to login fine on my PC, but it says that it couldn’t find an account with these login details using the app.

I was able to log-in using this app but the full book was not coming upafter my download. It would skip to the next module everytime i turned the page. I tried to close it and reset my phone and it still didnt work.

It’s Fine
This app is not much, but it’s a huge step up from reading off the browser, and allows you to download the book for offline use. It is fairly easy to use and makes it easier to read when not using a browser on a PC. Nothing special, but does what it needs to. A couple of bugs here and there, but nothing that keeps the app from doing its job.

Likely a Credential Harvester
After downloading and entering in my password, the dashboard didn't show my course book and had a perpetual spinning wheel. Looks very suspicious, especially when looking at the name of the Development Company. It looks to be legit, and then if you look closer, it certainly does not.
Garbage reader
How this thing reads is total garbage. You have to high light the portions you want it to read, and the high light function is finicky. It’s a pain to try to high light each page individually. Why can’t I just make it start reading and go thru the chapter? And if it can do that why isn’t that function blatantly obvious? Since this is a “reader”... if you have other options don’t choose this one.

Can’t even login after buy the book
Can’t even login on the app after buying the Network+ book. Won’t accept my details and won’t reset passwords on the app either. So atm the app is useless for me and stuck reading my book in a web browser where I can highlight anything, making it harder to study.

Download app but...
Says my username and password are incorrect/invalid. However using the same information I am able to log in on the website.
