Strongly agree with strofan23

Bad/short explanations

Absolutely terrible explanations

I got ripped off

I used the trail period then I paid for the full version so I could get all 120 practice questions but that didn’t happen. The app didn’t update and there’s no option to get to the full version.

Disappointing

I was done with the questions in 30 minutes. They aren’t really CompTIA questions, more like trivia. I know some would say, but it has terms to study too, great their programmers copied and pasted them in 10 minutes. This app is worth maybe at best $1.99.

I lost a lot of respect for Mike Meyers with this one. He seems like he has integrity so I have to assume it was his publisher and not him, but I could be wrong.

Don’t get suckered, find a better prep method than this app.

Great app but seems a little thin

I really like this app. Though a good number of the questions could use more explanation in the answers for noobs like me. Also, the amount of questions definitely seems a bit on the thin side.

Great study tool

Everything you need to earn your Network+ Certification

Great for quickly reviewing!

This is a very convenient app for reviewing Networking information! I would give it five stars, if all the acronyms in the questions and answers were spelled out in words. I would love to see links/other resources added to dive deeper, especially on the questions I get wrong. I know I can memorize and correctly answer them with practice, but it would help to know more about the subject matter within the app instead of going online to search for the information.

Excellent app

Helps me study questions effectively.
Love this app.

Just what I needed

After studying another course for the Network+ I found this app. This is testing me on what I know so I can review the subjects I need. So far so good!

No

We need more questions on it. Other than it’s a good app.

So far so good

I'll write a real review after the exam ;) but so far it has helped me study

Typos in questions!

There are typos in the questions, some of which will cause significant confusion!
Unacceptable that someone hasn't adequately proofread the questions before distributing---and charging money for---this app.

I picked this app because I read his book.

I specifically picked this app because I used Mike Meyers book to study for the Network+ exam. I was disappointed by the quality in the later questions. The information is solid but there are bugs in what questions are marked correct. The one that comes to mind involved OTDR devices and their use.

Disappointing

Not enough practice questions for the price. Some have incorrect answers (or bad programming). Do not expect this app to provide the same value as Mike Meyers' All-in-One books.

Weak

Test only has 120 questions. You are led to believe there is in depth information based on the screen shots. That is not the case. eg. The OSI model simply says that it is a theoretical model. Nothing about the actual layers, their names, or what their tcp/ip equivalents would be. Disappointed.

Extremely limited

I was very disappointed with this app. There are only 120 questions available for review. It worked for a quick review, but is not worth the money charged. This should be free or maybe $.99 tops.

Questions

Sometimes I choose the right answer and it tells me it's wrong! Other then that think it will be very helpful for studying

Text only

Not include any photo!!!!

Average

I expected more. I have the Network Passport book which is great, but this app consists of 125 questions and checkpoint summaries so brief they're almost pointless. Not worth £3.99 in my opinion.

Network experience required

While the information is easily referenced. There are no diagrams and a lack of detail on key items like subnets. Good if you just need the questions or a quick review. Not so much if you want to learn from scratch
