Unable to login due to “network error” issue, im using the latest iOS version

Keeps showing Network error even though my WiFi is working completely fine.
Network Error issue on apps.
Worst apps and customer service. Been complaining about the issue of facing "network error" on downloading pdf files. Keep follow up, but there is no reply and no fix for the issue.
Numerous Password Change/Update Requires
This app is extremely frustrating to use due to its frequent password change and update requirements. It becomes nearly impossible to remember the password each time, especially during emergencies when quick access is crucial for medical treatment. The constant need to reser passwords is a major hassle and add unnecessary stress.

"Network Error" when requesting GL or even in-app mailbox
I called the hotline and they said everything should be okay, so it must be the app's problem. Please look into it. Before this everything was fine, but coming here to review and just saw reviews of 2 years back with the same problem shows a lot.
THIS APP IS HORRIBLE
Can’t login to submit any claims! After login it just says internal server error has occurred and this has been happening over 2 weeks now. So frustrating

Very stupid. When comes to claim the progress is so damn slow. Management please have improvement in this !!!!
Too many error
When submitting claim, error will pop up and if try to submit again there'll be 2 similar claims submitted. Same goes with feedback submission. Apart from that, very late response from Compumed. Not sure why there is an app in the first place when user is not getting any response on it.

Password keep expiring and cannot re-use same password . Nonsense ….
Cannot do password reset via Apps .
As I only use the app when I get sick …. Maybe 2 times in a year. So for me,I will need to reset password when ever launching this apps .

I can say most of the time the apps is not workable. The GPS cannot detect ur current location.
