Excellent Redesign
New look and user interface for the Gold Cup is excellent!! Would love to see a similar update that incorporates that new look for the Nations League and CCC (plus maybe the new regional tournaments) with the ability to switch between competitions (kinda like the Euros app)
Wikipedia is a better source
The schedules are messed up. The Standings are a complete mess. The four team groups are shown with some groups having 8 teams, while others have two. A complete mess.
Don’t even bother
Did CONCACAF actually pay a developer to build this app? It’s near useless and even says for more information visit the website. Why have an app then?
It’s missing clearly obvious features such as a calendar. How hard can that be? It would seem that this is should be a priority over the other very limited content that is actually on the app.

Who developed this hot mess?
Link to the u15 full schedule takes me to a Portillo’s site to order food. There’s also no way to contact support from the app.
Not functional
Users are forced to select a favorite team to get information on different tournaments but not all teams are represented.
Looks sharp but doesn’t deliver
This looks really crisp but is not easy to navigate. Difficult to find how to follow/like the big teams in the tournament. Great to see more attention to smaller nations— appreciated and so good for developing the sport! But still need to be able to find the larger nations and a schedule.
Nice look but dysfunctional
The app looks good but my biggest concern is the schedule doesn’t seem to work. If you’re looking at Nation’s League matches you can only see last years results under “schedule” and there’s no way to see upcoming matches’ time and dates.
Can’t support Canada or USA
The first screen on the World Cup page tells you to select the team you want to support. All the countries’ names and flags are there except Canada and the USA. YOU CAN’T PROGRESS TO THE NEXT PAGE WITHOUT HAVING SELECTED A TEAM, so forget about it if you’re a supporter of the federation’s northernmost teams!

The horror…the horror…
What a dreadful piece of junk. If CONCACAF want to be taken even somewhat seriously they should at least update scores and news on a timely basis…just like every local newspaper everywhere. Truly an embarrassment!
DEEPLY DISAPPOINTING
This app is horrible at following WORLD CUP QUALIFIERS. You can find news on the games (not easily btw) but standings and stats - not a thing.

How many other sports apps allow you to see the WCQ standings - pretty much all of them.
Developers of this app should be fired for not including this. If the developers were told not to include it - those who ordered it should be fired.

Lousy
I’d give it zero stars if I could. Get someone who knows something about a fans interest to give you feedback on how this app should be designed. It’s like the app team intentionally made an app that fans would hate.
Terrible App
It’s not updated, and all we really want to do as the consumer is view standings, fixtures and maybe some news. Good luck finding the standings updated. Very poor layout and not intuitive to use. I dug around the app for 5 minutes to get an update on the men’s World Cup qualifying and decided to delete the app.

It’s December 13, 2021 and when I go to the Olympic Qualifying schedule it shows March 2021 scheduled games. Time to delete this crappy app.

The Gold Cup standings make no sense. This app is so slow to update scores, etc. The in match info is vague.
