This is precisely the job we built Concairge for. School newsletters, team schedules and invites all land in different places and in different formats, and turning them into something the whole family can actually see has always been manual work. Taking that off your plate is the point. If you haven't already, add the rest of the household. Everyone then sees the same calendar and can add to it, which is where this starts to earn its keep. You've spotted something we believe too: families are where the coordination problem is loudest, but it's really a two busy calendars problem, and that doesn't require kids. The daily notifications about what's happening around you is something we certainly are proud of (I mean who has the time to find those hidden gems!), so hearing they're landing is the best feedback we could get. Most of what is genuinely good near you never surfaces in a search result, so we go looking for it and bring it to you rather than waiting to be asked. Game Changer for Busy Parents
I had no idea a toddler-friendly ticketed event was even happening until Concairge.ai notified me about it. When I quickly checked the event's official website, it showed that tickets were sold out. I clicked through the Concairge.ai app instead, and to my surprise, I was able to secure tickets!
Without that proactive notification, I would have completely missed the event. And without trying the booking link in the app, I would have assumed there were no tickets left.
As a busy parent, having an assistant that not only provides great family activities but also helps me act on them at the right time is incredibly valuable.
I highly recommend Concairge to any parent looking for an easier, smarter way to discover and plan family experiences!

Thank you, we love to hear of the positive impact Concairge has on busy families! Proactive discovery is the whole reason Concairge exists, so hearing it surface a toddler-friendly event you would otherwise have missed, and then get you tickets after the official site said sold out, is about the best feedback we could ask for. Two things worth trying if you haven't yet: ask the assistant "what's on this weekend for a toddler?" and it will factor in what is already on your calendar.
